Find it. Simulate it. Win it.

AI that finds your funding —
then simulates your win.

Funding Falcon scans the web for grants, RFPs, and funding opportunities matched to your org. Then it does something nobody else does: it simulates the review panel. Powered by Timepoint Pro, Falcon runs your application through a multi-reviewer simulation — distinct panelists with real scoring rubrics, competing priorities, and social dynamics — so you see how your narrative lands before you submit. Find, evaluate, simulate, draft. All on autopilot.

How It Works

Four stages from discovery to submission-ready draft. The third one is where Falcon goes further than anything else.

Step 1

Discover

Falcon scans the web for grants, RFPs, and funding opportunities relevant to your organization's mission and capabilities. Filters by sector, geography, funding size, and deadline. You get a ranked pipeline, not a list.

Step 2

Evaluate

Each opportunity is scored on fit, feasibility, and expected impact against your org profile. Falcon ranks them so you focus on what matters most — not what showed up first.

Step 3 — The Simulation

Simulate the Panel

This is where Falcon goes further than any other grant tool. For your top-ranked opportunities, Timepoint Pro simulates the review process: a panel of AI reviewers with distinct expertise, biases, and scoring rubrics evaluates your draft the way a real committee would. See where your narrative is strong. See where you lose points. See which reviewer champions you and which one doesn't buy it. Adjust before you submit.

# Simulate a 5-reviewer panel scoring your NIH R01 draft
./run.sh run grant_review_panel \
  --application draft_r01.json \
  --panel "biomedical_5_reviewer" \
  --mode BRANCHING
# → Per-reviewer scores, coalition dynamics, narrative weak points
Step 4

Draft

Falcon generates full application drafts — narrative answers, budget justifications, compliance checks, and verification against funder requirements. The drafts incorporate simulation feedback automatically: if the simulated panel flagged a weak methodology section, the draft strengthens it.

The Simulation Advantage

Most grant tools stop at “find and draft.” Falcon simulates. Traditional grant platforms give you a list of opportunities and maybe a template. You're still guessing whether your narrative will land. Falcon closes the loop: Timepoint Pro's SNAG engine builds a social graph of the review panel and runs your application through it.

Per-reviewer scoring

See how each panelist scores your proposal. Identify who champions it and who's skeptical.

Narrative stress-testing

BRANCHING mode explores variations: what if you lead with impact instead of methodology? What if you cut the budget by 20%? Which version scores highest across the panel?

Coalition dynamics

Review panels aren't independent scorers. Timepoint's 19 behavioral mechanisms model how reviewers influence each other — who defers, who pushes back, where consensus forms.

Confidence scores

Every simulated outcome is confidence-scored and causally traceable. You know why a particular narrative approach wins, not just that it does.
